The problem occurs during the communicating The application opens, finds the printer, and then begins to communicate with my printer. ‘HP Print and Scan Doctor’ does not work properly on either one of my desktop PCs. Was answered but my problem still exists. Microsoft says that the application is compatible with Windows 10 HP tells me that ‘HP Print and Scan Doctor’ is compatible with Windows 10 therefore it must be compatible.
